Personuppgiftspolicy

1. Personuppgiftsansvarig

Denna policy gäller för följande juridiska personer som gemensamt bedriver verksamheten PAX Ledarskap och var och en är personuppgiftsansvarig för den behandling som sker inom respektive bolag:

  • Thurdin & Hedblad AB, org.nr 556848-1401
  • Holos Ventures AB, org.nr 559431-0137

Verksamheten erbjuder coaching, samtalsstöd konsulttjänster och utbildning.

2. Vilka personuppgifter vi behandlar

Klienter i coaching (individer)

Vi behandlar följande uppgifter om dig som klient:

  • Namn
  • E-postadress
  • Telefonnummer (i förekommande fall)
  • Fakturaadress (för kunder som faktureras)

Anteckningar från samtal lagras i kodad form utan personidentifierande uppgifter och kan inte kopplas till dig som individ.

3. Ändamål och rättslig grund

Vi behandlar personuppgifter för följande ändamål:

  • Ingå och fullgöra uppdragsavtal – rättslig grund: avtal (GDPR art. 6.1.b)
  • Kommunikation kopplad till uppdraget (bokningar, underlag, uppföljning) – rättslig grund: avtal (GDPR art. 6.1.b)
  • Fakturering och bokföring – rättslig grund: rättslig förpliktelse (GDPR art. 6.1.c, bokföringslagen)
  • Marknadsföring via e-post (utskick om tjänster, erbjudanden och nyheter) – rättslig grund: samtycke (GDPR art. 6.1.a)

Marknadsföring via e-post sker enbart till mottagare som aktivt lämnat sitt samtycke. Samtycket kan återkallas när som helst genom att klicka på avprenumerationslänken i utskicket eller genom att kontakta oss direkt.

4. Lagringstid

Alla personuppgifter som behandlas inom ramen för ett coachinguppdrag – inklusive uppgifter i bokföringsmaterial – lagras i sju (7) år från uppdragets avslutande. Tidsperioden är anpassad till bokföringslagens krav och gäller enhetligt för samtliga kategorier av uppgifter. Därefter raderas uppgifterna.

5. Mottagare och personuppgiftsbiträden

Vi delar dina personuppgifter med ett begränsat antal leverantörer som behandlar uppgifter för vår räkning. Vi ingår personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal med samtliga biträden.

Leverantör

  • Apple iCloud (lagring av kontaktuppgifter och kommunikation) – USA/EES, standardavtalsklausuler
  • Microsoft 365/Office (e-post och dokumenthantering) – USA/EES, standardavtalsklausuler
  • com (e-posttjänst och webbhotell) – Danmark/EES
  • Brevo SAS (e-postmarknadsföring) – Frankrike/EES
  • Fortnox AB (fakturering och bokföring) – Sverige/EES

Vi säljer inte dina personuppgifter och delar dem inte med tredje part utöver vad som anges ovan.

6. Överföring till tredjeland

Apple och Microsoft har verksamhet i USA. Överföringen skyddas av EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler (SCC) och, för USA, EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. One.com, Brevo och Fortnox behandlar uppgifter inom EES.

7. Dina rättigheter

Som registrerad har du följande rättigheter enligt GDPR:

  • Rätt till tillgång – du kan begära ett utdrag av de uppgifter vi har om dig.
  • Rätt till rättelse – du kan begära att felaktiga uppgifter rättas.
  • Rätt till radering – du kan i vissa fall begära att dina uppgifter raderas.
  • Rätt till begränsning av behandling – du kan begära att behandlingen begränsas under utredning av en invändning.
  • Rätt att göra invändningar – du kan invända mot behandling som grundar sig på berättigat intresse.
  • Rätt till dataportabilitet – du kan begära att få ut dina uppgifter i ett maskinläsbart format.

8. Rätt att lämna klagomål

Du har rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY) om du anser att vår behandling av dina personuppgifter inte sker i enlighet med GDPR.

9. Ändringar av policyn

Vi kan komma att uppdatera denna policy. Den senaste versionen finns alltid tillgänglig på vår webbplats. Vid väsentliga ändringar informerar vi berörda registrerade direkt.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

This policy applies to the following legal entities, which jointly operate the business PAX Ledarskap and each of which is the data controller for the processing carried out within its respective company:

  • Holos Ventures AB, company reg. no. 559431-0137

The business provides coaching, counselling support, consultancy services and training.

2. Personal Data We Process

Coaching clients (individuals)

We process the following data about you as a client:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number (where applicable)
  • Invoicing address (for customers who are invoiced)

Notes from sessions are stored in coded form without personally identifying information and cannot be linked to you as an individual.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • Entering into and performing service agreements – legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Communication relating to the engagement (bookings, materials, follow-up) – legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
  • Invoicing and accounting – legal basis: legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c), the Swedish Accounting Act)
  • Email marketing (mailings about services, offers and news) – legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a))

Email marketing is sent only to recipients who have actively given their consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the mailing or by contacting us directly.

4. Retention Period

All personal data processed within the scope of a coaching engagement – including data in accounting records – is stored for seven (7) years from the end of the engagement. This period is aligned with the requirements of the Swedish Accounting Act and applies uniformly to all categories of data. The data is then deleted.

5. Recipients and Data Processors

We share your personal data with a limited number of suppliers who process data on our behalf. We enter into data processing agreements with all processors.

Supplier

  • Apple iCloud (storage of contact details and communication) – USA/EEA, standard contractual clauses
  • Microsoft 365/Office (email and document management) – USA/EEA, standard contractual clauses
  • One.com (email service and web hosting) – Denmark/EEA
  • Brevo SAS (email marketing) – France/EEA
  • Fortnox AB (invoicing and accounting) – Sweden/EEA

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties beyond what is stated above.

6. Transfers to Third Countries

Apple and Microsoft have operations in the USA. Transfers are protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses (SCCs) and, for the USA, the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. One.com, Brevo and Fortnox process data within the EEA.

7. Your Rights

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:

  • Right of access – you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification – you may request that inaccurate data be corrected.
  • Right to erasure – in certain cases you may request that your data be deleted.
  • Right to restriction of processing – you may request that processing be restricted while an objection is being examined.
  • Right to object – you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to data portability – you may request your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe that our processing of your personal data does not comply with the GDPR.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on our website. In the event of material changes, we will inform affected data subjects directly.
